The famous Singapore recipe originating from the renowned Black Pepper Crab features an exciting blend of black pepper and aromatic spices that makes it ideal for stir-frying or as a sauce for steak.

Singapore Black Pepper Stir Fry (Serves 4): 
1 packet Singapore Black Pepper Stir-Fry Spice Paste 
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil 
450g (1 lb) sliced meat (beef, lamb or chicken) or seafood 
100g (3.5 oz) bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieced 
Spring onion, cut into 2.5 cm (1") lengths as garnish 

Cooking Instructions: 
1. Heat oil in non-stick pan or wok on medium-high heat 
2. Add meat and/or seafood and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2 minutes 
3. Add spice paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Garnish 

Cooking Tip: 
To make Black Pepper Stir-fried Rice: Heat 2 tbsp oil, add 150g minced meat and spice paste, stir-fry until fragrant. Stir in 500g (2 1/2 cups) cooked rice, stir-fry until cooked.
