Asian Home Gourmet Szechuan chilli , ginger & garlic stir-fry- 50g
The three traditional flavours of chilli, ginger and garlic combine to give this easy stir fry dish its Szechuan influence. Ideal for those who like a bit more chilli.
No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours
Ingredients: Tomato paste, garlic (18.5 %), red chillies (16.0 %), ginger (11.0 %), sugar, soybean oil, distilled vinegar, salt.
Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir-Fry (Serves 4):
1 packet Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir-Fry Spice Paste
350g (3/4 lb) shelled prawns
2 tsp corn starch or corn flour
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Spring onions, cut into 2.5 cm (1") length as garnish
1. Mix corn starch or corn flour with prawns until smooth
2. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on medium-high heat. Add prawns and stir fry for 1 minute
3. Lower heat. Add spice paste and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Garnish and serve hot
Cooking Tip: A combination of tofu and eggplant or seafood may be used instead of prawns

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
