Shallow Fry: Preheat clean cooking oil in skillet on medium heat. Beat Eggs in a separate bowl, coat shami kababs in beaten eggs. Fry Shami kebabs for 5 minutes, turning sides occasionally for an even cooking. Ensure product is cooked throughout before serving.
