SOP's Vegetable Oil (5 Litres) is made with the goodness of the soybean plant, making it 100% pure soybean oil. With many health benefits such as reducing cholesterol and promoting good skin health, it is a common ingredients in many of your favourite dishes. The delicate but pleasant taste of the soybean oil means it can be consumed in its cold, natural form served as a dressing or dip. However, it can also be heated and used in shallow and deep frying, baking and roasting.
