Supreme Deggi Mirch Powder (100g). An important blend of Indian spices. It contains special varieties of red capsicum and Kashmiri red chillies. Despite the rich red-orange colour Deggi Mirch only has a mild heat to it, its primary purpose being to add colour to a dish. In fact that’s one of the reasons why this blend is used in tandoori chicken, dhals, vegetables and curries.
