4. Unfortunately, as some of our products are perishable we are unable to accept the return of some produce delivered to you. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a SaveCo Online voucher code redeemable only on this website to compensate for the items that had not met your expectations within 3 working days of a complaint being received.
5. In line with our alternative products policy as stated within the terms of service, if an ordered product is out of stock, a closely matching alternative product will be provided for the same cost.  If you are unhappy with the alternative product received, you may return the product to us in the same condition as when it was delivered for a credit or refund.
