East End Nutmeg Powder (100g). The nutmeg is unique among spice plants as it produces two distinct spices Nutmeg & Mace. Nutmeg is the kernel of the seed. East End grounds the finest seeds to produce the powder. Nutmeg’s flavour is a nutty, earthy flavour with a warm and slightly sweet edge. Nutmeg is also used to relieve bronchial disorders, rheumatism and flatulence.
