East End Nutmeg Whole (50g). The nutmeg is unique among spice plants as it produces two distinct spices Nutmeg & Mace. Nutmeg is the kernel of the seed. Nutmeg's flavour is a nutty, earthy flavour with a warm and slightly sweet edge. Nutmeg is also used to relieve bronchial disorders etc. This is whole nutmeg which is perfect to add in rice, curries etc.
