Pineapples are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals. They are fully ripened and gently dried and offer an exotic-sweet delight with a unique bouquet of flavours. The fruit for our pineapple rings is cut and afterwards gently dried by a special method. The rings retain some of their juiciness and have an excellent aromatic flavour.
The dried pineapple rings are even sweeter and more intense in flavour than the fresh fruit, as drying increases the concentration of fructose and aromatic substances.
