👩‍🍳 How to Use – Quick Sarson ka Saag

Ingredients:

2 bunches Saag (mustard leaves), washed and chopped

1 cup spinach (optional, for extra flavour)

2–3 green chillies

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp ginger & garlic

2 tbsp ghee or oil

Salt, turmeric & chilli powder to taste

Method:

Boil saag, spinach, chillies, and turmeric in water until soft.

Blend into a coarse paste.

In a pan, heat ghee/oil, add onions, ginger & garlic, and sauté.

Add the saag paste and cook for 10–15 minutes.

Serve hot with makki ki roti (cornmeal flatbread).

🌟 Tip: Add a dollop of butter on top for a truly traditional taste!
