Ingredients:

1 Turiya (peeled and chopped)

1 tsp cumin seeds

1–2 green chillies (optional)

1 tbsp oil

½ tsp turmeric

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies.

Add chopped turiya, turmeric, and salt.

Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or rice.
