Alamgeer Semolina Extra Coarse (1.5kg) is a great selection of ingredients from alamgeer. Semolina is a pale-yellow flour, traditionally used to create puddings, pasta and many varieties of Indian Sweets. Semolina Coarse is made from the best quality purified wheat middling's, delicious crunchy texture to many cakes and biscuits when baking. The extra coarse gives it a more rough texture, perfect for adding that extra crunch.
