The Tamarind tree produces Pod-like fruit that contains a brown, edible pulp used in Cuisines around the World. 
Tamarind fruit is Sweet and tart and used in predominantly in Indian, African cuisine. 
Also Excellent for Chutney 
A tangy taste. It is an idea ingredients for Sweet & Sour dishes and Chutney. 
Add the Paste to hot Water and Sieve removing any Seeds.
To the Sieve liquid add half a teaspoon each of Chilli and Sugar to taste. Mix thoroughly and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Chilli and Serve With Samosas Or Bhaji.
You Can add the Paste once the Seeds have been removed to add tang to any dish.
