East End Gulab Jamun Instant Mix (300g)
Gulab Jamun are an Indian sweet preparation traditionally made out of evaporated milk blended with wheat flour, fried & soaked in sugar syrup.
This mix makes it easy for you to prepare this classic dish!
Preparation:
- Add in parts 130-150ml water to the mix.
- Knead gently to a soft dough.
- Apply ghee to both palms and shape round smooth balls without cracks.
- Deep fry in oil or ghee until golden, then drain excess oil.
- Soak in a hot sugar syrup for 30 mins.
