Our halal lamb shanks are prime quality Grade A cuts, 100% HMC approved, and freshly prepared for rich flavour and tenderness. Traditionally used in dishes like Nihari, these shanks are perfect for slow cooking, allowing the meat to become melt-in-your-mouth soft while infusing your dish with deep, hearty flavour.
Each pack contains 2 lamb shanks, with an average weight of 350g–450g. Ideal for comforting family meals or special occasions, they’re a true favourite for those who enjoy authentic, slow-cooked dishes. For freshness, refrigerate and use within 3–5 days, or freeze and fully thaw before cooking.
