Heera Bajra Seeds (Available In 2 Different Sizes) (400g or 1.5kg)
An important coarse grain crop and considered to be the poor man’s staple nourishment. It is a greyish colour millet seed which is gluten free, high in energy and rich in fibres. It is used to make flour, bread, porridge and couscous. It is ground along with Jowar and Chana to make multigrain flour.
