Kulfi Ice Rose are a traditional South Asian frozen dairy dessert, which are made by slow- simmering whole milk until reduces into a dense, creamy and subtly caramelised base. It is infused with fragrant rose water or rose syrup, and is often accented with cardamom and garnished with chopped pistachios or edible rose petals.
